Speech-Language Pathologist
We are seeking a dedicated speech-language pathologist with experience in early intervention and pediatrics to join our team.
Requirements:
A valid driver's license.
A current auto insurance policy.
Maintains license by the Department of Public Health under §20-411 C.G.S.
Primary job responsibilities:
Provides in home and community support to children and families
Demonstrates strict adherence to the code of ethics as described by ASHA.
Maintains cultural sensitivity across diverse clientele.
Conducts assessments and standardized evaluations across developmental domains and for speech and language needs.
Recommends assistive technology related to communication for children in their natural setting that are consistent with their needs, capabilities and family outcomes.
Implements services as a primary service provider, providing coaching to families in their natural environment.
The position is in the CT area and requires a CT SLP license. We provide services all throughout CT-Tolland, Hartford, Litchfield, New Haven, New London and Middlesex counties.
