Description Dans le cadre du développement et de l’exploitation d’une plateforme de software factory, nous recherchons un profil DevOps/SRE senior afin d’assurer la stabilité, l’évolution et l’adoption des outils CI/CD au sein des équipes applicatives. As part of the development and operation of a software factory platform, we are looking for a senior DevOps/SRE profile to ensure stability, evolution, and adoption of CI/CD tools across application teams. The role requires a high level of autonomy, collaboration with international teams, and active participation in continuous service improvement. Responsibilities Support and adoption: Ensure stability and availability of software factory services and tools Meet platform SLAs within a Follow-The-Sun (FTS) support model Operate services in compliance with security requirements Communicate effectively on incidents and planned releases Support application teams in adopting CI/CD best practices Assist teams in using provided CI/CD tools Develop prototypes and perform Proof of Concept (POC) for new tools Install, upgrade, and maintain tools and environments Reduce support workload through automation and chatbot solutions Contribute to the Microsoft Azure Public Cloud platform evolution Define and implement monitoring KPIs (SLOs / SLAs / SLIs) and track performance Contribute to documentation and promote proper tool usage Write and improve internal support processes Promote CI/CD platform best practices Participate in "Test and Deployment" community activities Act as regional CI/CD expert and support teams Qualifications Proficiency in Linux, Bash, Python, Jenkins, Git, and monitoring tools Minimum 5 years of experience with software factory tools (development or administration) Strong autonomy and ability to lead meetings with users and stakeholders Ability to prioritize tasks, track progress, and communicate delays Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex environments Ability to provide pragmatic and high-quality solutions Results-driven mindset with perseverance Strong verbal and written communication skills Client-oriented approach with focus on user needs Strong collaboration skills in an international environment Nice to have Experience with Azure cloud Familiarity with build tools (Maven, MSBuild, npm, etc.) Knowledge of TeamCity, Jira, GitHub Enterprise Experience with XLDeploy, Nexus, JFrog Platform, Artifactory, Sonar Knowledge of PowerShell, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions SII Canada s'engage à offrir un environnement de travail équitable et respectueux qui favorise la diversité et l'égalité des chances. #J-18808-Ljbffr
