Specialist, Ground Training at VIETJET QAZAQSTAN — NeverHard

Responsibilities: Plan and control training for flight crew and cabin crew; Monitor training expiry dates and ensure timely recurrent training; Plan initial training, retraining, professional level maintenance, and requalification of crew members; Prepare and update training schedules in offline and/or online formats; Work with internal systems such as Meridian and SharePoint, including entering and updating training data; Coordinate with instructors, pilots, cabin crew, and external training organizations; Prepare certificates upon completion of training courses; Organize business trips for pilots, cabin crew, and instructors, including hotel bookings, ticket purchases, travel requests, insurance, and transport arrangements; Provide training participants with the necessary information, materials, equipment, and classrooms; Plan and adjust annual simulator and ground training schedules. Requirements: Higher or secondary technical education, preferably in aviation; At least 3 years of total work experience; At least 1 year of experience in the aviation field; Knowledge of the laws and regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan and international standards in civil aviation; Understanding of aviation personnel training processes; Fluency in Kazakh and Russian; English language level: Intermediate; Strong planning, coordination, and business communication skills; Attention to deadlines, documents, and details.
