South Elementary School Nurse at Warsaw R-IX School District — NeverHard

The Warsaw R-IX School District is currently accepting applications for a School Nurse. The ideal candidate would hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university with a current license. A current Medical Assistant certificate could be considered. Applicants will be working with children Pre K-4, and ECSE. The Warsaw R-IX School District operates under a 4-day week schedule. School Nurse job duties and responsibilities may include: Conducting student hearing and vision screenings Dispensing prescription medications to students per physician instructions Verifying vaccination records Taking students’ temperatures when fever is suspected Administering first aid and CPR Treating minor injuries such as cuts, scrapes and bruises Contacting parents when students are ill or injured Other duties as required Please email South Elementary Principal, Stephanie Ledbetter (sledbetter@warsawk12.org) and/or the North Elementary School Nurse, Michele McCall (mmccall@warsawk12.org) with any questions.
