Seeking a bi-lingual sous chef to run a regional
Québécois
fine dining restaurant.
Qualifications
must be fluent in French & English and know Quebec's cuisine
minimum 3 years in kitchen management in a luxury resort setting
must be very driven and creative.
Must be authorized to work in Canada.
Responsibilities
Supervise all daily operations of an intimate fine dining restaurant and pivot to an outdoor outlet during the summer season.
Bring new ideas, knowledge and skills to continuously improve culinary practices and team performance.
Participate in scheduling based on budgets, promote ongoing training and team development, and encourage teamwork within the kitchen and with other departments.
