What You’ll Do
Lead daily kitchen operations and support smooth service execution
Coach, train, and develop culinary team members
Maintain strong food quality, consistency, cleanliness, and safety standards
Support ordering, prep levels, inventory, and product management
Help control food cost, labour, waste, and variable costs
Build strong communication between the culinary and service teams
Create a kitchen culture based on accountability, teamwork, pride, and execution
Support hiring, onboarding, and training for culinary team members
What You’ll Bring
Culinary leadership experience in a restaurant or high-volume hospitality environment
Strong understanding of kitchen systems, prep, line execution, and food safety
A calm, organized leadership style in a fast-paced environment
The ability to coach people and hold standards with consistency
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
