Job DescriptionJob Description Soudeur Nous cherchons un(e) Soudeur MIG / TIG / Fluxcore pour rejoindre une équipe en pleine croissance dans un environnement manufacturier industriel. Ce que tu feras Lire et interpréter les plans pour déterminer l’emplacement, la position et les dimensions des pièces Assembler, ajuster et préparer les pièces avant soudage Souder des structures et des composantes pour obtenir des joints solides et étanches Effectuer des inspections visuelles pour détecter les défauts ou points faibles Façonner, fabriquer ou ajuster des pièces au besoin Nettoyer les soudures (grattoirs, brosses métalliques, solvants) Travailler parfois en hauteur ou dans des espaces confinés Respecter les normes de sécurité et utiliser les EPI requis Ce qu’on recherche Minimum 1 an d’expérience en soudage MIG (exigé). On est ouvert aux profils de finissants en soudage-montage. Expérience en TIG et Fluxcore (fort atout) Expérience avec l’acier et compréhension du soudage sous pression Capacité à travailler en hauteur et dans des espaces restreints Lecture de plans, précision et souci du détail Certification RBQ (atout) Compétences additionnelles appréciées : stick, fabrication, brasage, HVAC, ajustement Pourquoi travailler ici Entreprise en pleine croissance Possibilité d’obtenir des certifications supplémentaires (dont RBQ) Travail varié, fabrication et soudage sur différents types de pièces Environnement de travail Usine manufacturière industrielle Travail avec EPI obligatoire Environnement bruyant, positions variées (incluant sous les unités pour le brasage) Welder We are looking for a MIG / TIG / Flux-Cored Welder to join a growing team in an industrial manufacturing environment. What you’ll do Read and interpret blueprints to determine the location, position, and dimensions of parts Assemble, fit, and prepare parts before welding Weld structures and components to produce strong, leak-proof joints Perform visual inspections to detect defects or weak points Shape, fabricate, or adjust parts as needed Clean welds (scrapers, wire brushes, solvents) Occasionally work at heights or in confined spaces Follow safety standards and use required PPE What we’re looking for Minimum 1 year of MIG welding experience (required).
