Le poste se concentre sur le soudage de production répétitif, le montage de gabarits et la fabrication de pièces selon les spécifications, avec très peu d’assemblage. Responsabilités Effectuer principalement du soudage MIG (environ 90 %) sur l'acier. Réaliser au besoin du soudage TIG à l’occasion (un atout, non obligatoire). Lire, interpréter et utiliser des plans techniques et dessins de fabrication. Installer et régler de façon autonome les gabarits et dispositifs de fixation. Fabriquer des pièces et composantes métalliques selon les spécifications fournies. Maintenir une qualité de soudure constante dans un environnement de production. Effectuer des tâches de fabrication répétitives avec régularité et précision. Respecter en tout temps les procédures de santé et sécurité et les normes de l’entreprise. Compétences Essentielles DEP en Soudage-Montage Expérience en soudage MIG de l’acier dans un environnement de fabrication ou de production. Capacité à lire, comprendre et appliquer des dessins et plans techniques. Aisance avec le travail répétitif en production. Souci marqué du détail et de la qualité du travail. Capacité à apprendre rapidement et à travailler de manière autonome. Ponctualité exemplaire. Job Title: Welder Job Description The welder works primarily with MIG welding on steel, performing fabrication work based on technical drawings provided by supervision. The role focuses on repetitive production welding, jig setup, and fabricating parts according to specifications, with minimal assembly involved. Responsibilities Perform primarily MIG welding (approximately 90%) on steel components. Carry out occasional TIG welding when required (considered an asset, not mandatory). Read, interpret, and work from technical drawings and fabrication plans. Independently set up jigs and fixtures to support production welding. Fabricate metal components and parts according to provided specifications. Maintain consistent weld quality and productivity in a production environment. Perform repetitive fabrication and welding tasks with accuracy and consistency. Follow all safety procedures, shop rules, and company standards at all times. Essential Skills DEP in Welding Experience MIG welding on steel in a fabrication or production environment. Ability to read, understand, and apply technical drawings and blueprints. Comfort working in a repetitive production setting. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to learn quickly and work independently with minimal supervision.
