Kognitive Sales Solutions is seeking driven, results-oriented Solar Advisor to join our growing team on behalf of an established solar energy company. In this full-time, dual-channel role, you will work both in the field through direct door-to-door outreach and as a field sales representative at a major retail partner within your region.

Compensation & Schedule
Full-time schedule
$25.00/hour guaranteed base pay
Uncapped commission structure, your performance directly drives your earnings
Responsibilities
Represent an established solar brand professionally across both door-to-door and in-store retail environments
Prospect and engage homeowners in your assigned territory, generating qualified leads and booking follow-up consultations
Conduct on-site solar assessments and present tailored energy solutions that connect with each customer's goals and budget
Successfully close sales and consistently meet or exceed individual targets
Build lasting customer relationships through attentive follow-up and a commitment to an outstanding experience from first contact through to after the sale
Stay current on product offerings, government solar incentives, and market trends to speak knowledgeably with customers
Track all customer interactions, leads, and sales activity accurately using provided CRM tools
Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training
Qualifications
Previous sales experience required, D2D, field, or retail backgrounds are a strong advantage; solar experience is an asset
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and turn conversations into conversions
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to balance field and retail responsibilities
Resilient and positive, able to handle rejection and maintain energy and professionalism throughout the day
Valid driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle for travel within your assigned region
