We are seeking a passionate and collaborative Registered Social Worker (RSW) who is committed to helping individuals, couples, families, and youth thrive. Position Registered Social Worker (Contract or Employee Full-Time or Part-Time Opportunities Available) Responsibilities Provide ethical, trauma-informed counselling services to clients. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation. Collaborate with other clinicians and participate in case consultations as appropriate. Uphold confidentiality and professional standards in accordance with provincial legislation and professional ethics. Build positive therapeutic relationships in a warm, welcoming environment. Maintain professional registration and continuing education requirements. Qualifications Applicants must have: Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) or Master of Social Work (MSW). Current registration and good standing (or eligibility for registration) with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers. Professional liability insurance. Strong assessment, communication, and clinical documentation skills. Current Criminal record and Vulnerable sector check. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team. Commitment to culturally responsive, inclusive, and client-centred care. In Saskatchewan, the title "Social Worker" is regulated, and practitioners must meet provincial registration requirements to practice using that title.
