Job Description Essential Job Functions Oversee ministry calendars to anticipate and equip upcoming events and initiatives Facebook, IG, TikTok, YouTube planning, execution and analysis Develop PESO tactics to amplify church happenings (Paid, Earned, Shared, Owned channels) Delegation and project management of self (Monday.com) and of creative teams Copywriting, content capture (photo and video), edits and graphic design Create weekend graphics to support the sermon and takeaways from the message Flexibility and innovation within a nimble team Leadership and ability to coach volunteers on marketing executions Community management, post scheduling and conflict resolution Live event and behind-the-scenes storytelling
