The ideal candidate understands internet culture, social media algorithms, short-form video strategy, and audience psychology, and can quickly create engaging content that drives shares, engagement, and conversions. Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Creation Develop and execute viral social media strategies across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X. Create engaging short-form content optimized for reach, retention, and shareability. Write compelling hooks, captions, and calls-to-action. Repurpose content across multiple platforms. Collaborate with internal teams to align content with brand goals. Trend & Audience Monitoring Monitor emerging trends, memes, sounds, and platform updates. Identify opportunities to capitalize on viral moments. Research audience behavior and competitor content. Adapt content style based on analytics and performance. Performance & Analytics Track KPIs including engagement, reach, watch time, shares, and follower growth. Analyze campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations. Conduct A/B testing on hooks, captions, thumbnails, and formats. Generate regular social media performance reports. Community Engagement Respond to comments and audience interactions. Help grow online communities and increase brand loyalty. Encourage conversations and audience participation.
