This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and community-driven social media professional to manage engaging digital experiences across multiple high-visibility platforms. In this role, you will oversee content publishing, community engagement, and platform-specific storytelling across channels such as Instagram, Discord, Reddit, and Telegram. You’ll collaborate with strategists, creatives, and client stakeholders to deliver impactful campaigns while maintaining a strong and consistent brand voice. Accountabilities:
Manage day-to-day social content publishing and community engagement across Discord, Reddit, Telegram, Instagram, and related digital platforms.
Create, adapt, and optimize content to align with the tone, audience expectations, and best practices of each platform while maintaining consistent brand identity.
Collaborate with internal strategy and creative teams to ensure timely delivery of approved content and campaigns.
Monitor community conversations, emerging trends, and engagement opportunities, proactively escalating relevant insights and recommendations.
Track and analyze content performance metrics, using data-driven insights to improve engagement and future content strategies.
Participate in client meetings, provide platform expertise, and contribute recommendations to support community growth and audience engagement.
Ensure compliance with visual guidelines, publishing standards, and brand consistency across all assets and communications.
Stay informed on platform algorithm updates, digital culture trends, and evolving community management practices.
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in social media management, community engagement, or digital content strategy.
Hands-on experience managing brand or client communities across platforms such as Discord, Reddit, Telegram, and Instagram.
Strong understanding of online community dynamics, audience engagement strategies, and platform-specific content best practices.
Proficiency with social media management and content creation tools such as Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Khoros, Canva, Adobe Express, or CapCut.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced remote environment.
Familiarity with sports culture, fan communities, or sports-related digital engagement is considered a strong asset.
Detail-oriented mindset with strong creative judgment and understanding of visual branding standards.
Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively within distributed global teams.
Ability to meet remote work technical requirements, including high-speed internet, webcam, headset, and suitable computer equipment.
