Team Coaching:

Workflow Management:
Ensure the efficient handling of renewals and new business within the SME unit.
Carrier Relations:
Negotiate with insurance partners to secure the best coverage for small business clients.
Quality Control:
Maintain high accuracy standards across all documentation and policy changes.
Desired Skills:
5+ years
of commercial insurance experience with an SME focus.
Active RIBO license
required.
Strong proficiency in
Applied EPIC

Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
