Requirements&Qualifications:
Provenexperienceinaskilledmaintenancerole,demonstratingexpertiseacrossmultipletrades.
Strongproficiencyintroubleshootingandrepairacrosselectricalsystems,plumbing,HVAC,andgeneralcarpentry.
Exceptionalproblem-solvingcapabilities.
Adeepcommitmenttoworkplacesafetyandadherencetoestablishedprotocols.
Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills,enablingeffectivecollaborationwithinateamenvironment.
