Job Description FLINT is seeking Labourers with 5 years' experience for a permanent role in Fort McMurray, AB, starting on May 19th, 2026. In this position, you will enjoy a 7/7 schedule, 12-hour workdays, Camp arrangement, Fly In / Fly Out from the flight hubs - Calgary/Edmonton, and benefits after 300+ hours worked. Qualifications Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance and construction within oil and gas industry. Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements: CSTS-2020 H2S Alive Confined Space Entry and Monitor Fire Watch/Spark Watch Gas Testing Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions. Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required. Must have own reliable transportation to site. Valid driver’s license and clean 5-year Driver’s Abstract with under 6 demerits. Additional Information This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
