Position Summary
This is not a light-duty role.

Be someone your crew can depend on – everyday matters.
What You’ll Do
Work as part of a small, high-performing crew on active construction sites
Support site setup and preparation by removing hazards and keeping work areas organized
Load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently
Operate equipment such as zoom booms and skid steers (as required)
Assist carpenters, operators, and skill trades with day-to-day site needs
Follow direction from Foremen and Site Supervisors to keep work moving
Stay engaged, aware, and safety-focused in a fast-paced environment
Contribute to a clean, organized, and productive job site

Requirements
Successful interview candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment assessment
Valid Class 5 driver’s license with reliable transportation
Local to the Edmonton, AB area
Minimum 40 hours per week, with flexibility for overtime
Physically fit and able to lift, push, pull, and carry 50 lbs
Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
Certified (or willing to obtain) First Aid, Fall Protection and Aerial Work Platform
Assets
Experience in construction or precast concrete
Equipment operating experience (zoom boom, skid steer)
CSTS certification
