Job DescriptionJob Description Medicine Hat Toyota is looking for a Part-time Shuttle Driver ! This position would be 8-16 hours per week, 7:30am to 4:30pm every Friday and every other Monday. The Service Shuttle Driver plays an important role in creating a positive customer experience by building lasting relationships with our guests. This position is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and timely transportation while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring cusotmers are picked up and dropped off promptly. Job Duties: Greet customers in a prompt, friendly, and courteous manner Pick up and deliver customers to their destinations while their vehicle is in for service Listen to and document customer needs and expectations and set out a schedule for deliveries and pickups of customers Assist with sublet vehicle pickup and drop offs Delivery wholesale parts in a timely and efficient manner as needed by the Parts Department Ensure loaner vehicles are clean and filled with fuel Additional duties as assigned. Successful Candidates Possess: Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record . Able to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles. Professional demeanor and appearance. Ability to work in a team and possess strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude. Organized with an attention to detail with the ability to document customer needs. Flexible and open to change; can take on special tasks as needed. Ability to manage customer concerns and solve difficult problems. Self-motivation with excellent work ethic.
