Duties Greet customers warmly and identify their needs to recommend suitable gardening, landscaping, or outdoor products Assist customers with product demonstrations, merchandising displays, and answering questions about horticulture or landscape maintenance Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts processing Support landscape maintenance activities by providing advice on gardening tools, plants, and landscape design solutions Manage inventory levels through merchandising and stock replenishment to ensure product availability Handle cashiering duties efficiently while maintaining organizational skills for smooth checkout processes Support e-commerce order fulfillment by preparing online orders for pickup or delivery when needed Skills Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer bases Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail sales techniques Familiarity with gardening, horticulture, landscape maintenance, and merchandising principles Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to assisting shoppers and resolving inquiries Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organizational skills Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online order processing Passion for gardening and outdoor living products to inspire customer engagement Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to enriching outdoor lifestyles through expert advice, quality products, and outstanding service!
