Shop Manager
to lead one of our high-performing collision repair facilities.

As a Shop Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving operational excellence, building strong teams, and delivering the exceptional customer experience that Craftsman Collision is known for.
What You’ll Do
Lead daily shop operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability.
Provide coaching, direction, and support to a diverse team of technicians, estimators, and coordinators.
Champion a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and customer care.
Manage shop financials, KPIs, payroll, and vendor relationships.
Promote Craftsman Collision in the community and support business development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, company policies, and procedures.
What We’re Looking For
Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field preferred; a combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered
Strong understanding of operations, budgeting, and expense management
I-CAR Platinum certification would be an asset
5 years of progressive and/or related experience, including experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership would be an asset
Proficiency in Mitchell Estimating, Audatex, ALLDATA is preferred but not required
Knowledge and proficiency in ADAS systems, vehicle calibrations, and emerging vehicle technologies is preferred
Strong verbal, written and listening skills, combined with the ability to interact and gain the support of senior leadership and other decision-makers
Demonstrated aptitude to prioritize tasks based on comparative importance and urgency
A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Proven experience effectively leading a team in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated time management, problem solving, critical thinking and sound judgement skills
Strong interpersonal skills with customer service-oriented attitude
Proficient in Outlook and video conferencing platforms with the ability and willingness to learn new applications
Demonstrated desire and aptitude for learning and development
Must have a valid class 5 driver's license with a clean driver’s abstract over the last 3 years
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada with no restriction
Ability to travel occasionally within Canada and to the US for company functions
