Shipping Clerk at Stratas Foods — NeverHard

Job Description The purpose of this position is to perform clerical functions in the shipping department. Responsibilities: Process outbound shipments in accordance with customer, carrier, and company requirements Prepare and verify shipping documentation including bills of lading, packing lists, and transfer paperwork Enter, review, and maintain shipment data accurately in the INFOR system Verify product quantities, lot codes, and pallet counts prior to shipment Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to ensure shipment readiness Schedule and communicate with carriers regarding pickup times and load details Ensure all shipments meet quality, safety, and food defense standards Monitor and report shipping discrepancies, damages, or shortages Maintain organized shipping records and support audits as required Back up inventory clerk as needed Forklift certification required (or ability to obtain certification) Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment Assist with month end inventory Set and schedule appointments in INFOR Assist with loading when necessary Assist in fixing discrepancies with labels within INFOR (container ID's, QTY, etc)
