Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Team Member (Shipper/Receiver) to join our Fulfillment & Logistics team. This role is primarily responsible for order fulfillment while also providing support in receiving, work order processing, and general warehouse operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong computer skills, and is eager to learn and contribute across multiple areas of the operation.
Please note this is a temporary 9-month contract position.
Targeted start date: early Sept. '26 timeframe.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately pick, pack, and fulfill orders in a timely manner
Load and unload from open flatbeds and dry van trucks
Assist with receiving incoming materials, including verifying shipments against documentation
Process work orders and fulfillment tasks within NetSuite
Operate a forklift safely to move, load, and organize materials (training/certification as required)
Participate in inventory audit counts as needed. Weekly, Monthly Quarterly.
Maintain accurate records and ensure system updates are completed consistently
Keep the work area clean, organized, and aligned with safety standards
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with overall strong computer skills
Ability to learn and effectively use NetSuite (training provided)
Forklift experience preferred or willingness to become certified
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand and be active for extended periods
Frequent bending, reaching, and general physical movement required
Working Hours
Regular Shift: Tuesday to Saturday, 7:30am - 4pm.
Initial 30-45 days training period, hours will be: Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm.
9-month contract position.
