Compensation and Benefits Starting wages of $23.80/hr Paid overtime after 40/hours per week Shift Premiums ranging from +$0.40 to +$0.65 (Afternoon Shift) & +$1.00 (Night Shift) We offer a very extensive benefit program: Company Paid time off: Up to 10 Days + 5 Float Days to start, 15 Days + 5 Float Days (1st full year) Benefits start from Day 1 – 90% Medical, 80% Dental, Variety of Paramedical Coverage ($500/service) Uniforms are Provided + Yearly Allowance + Yearly Safety Boot Allowance Employee Assistance Program provided through Manulife/Homewood Employee Appreciation Events and Celebrations throughout the year and $Cash Recognition Programs Duties and Responsibilities: Unload product & empty returnables from trucks Load trucks with product and empty returnables Ability to meet shipment window times Verify correct product is loaded on truck in the proper sequence Complete shipping paperwork with drivers Notify leader tech or supervisor with any concerns when loading shipments Must be able to operate lift truck in a safe manner Lead and maintain 5S condition in the warehouse Stage shipments based on customer requirements Load / Unload rollers and ropaks Perform other duties as business needs require Requirements: Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide. Straight Shift Timing on Day Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) but may be required to change shifts in order to accommodate production requirements. Nature of vacancy: Replacement
