Job Description Responsible for the efficient operation of the Security Department during assigned shift Supervise and instruct team member on shift in the proper performance of job duties to provide for the safety and security of guests, employees, and property. Train and brief staff regarding the days' events and any problems to monitor. Maintain shift schedule and delegate work assignments. Review and approve all reports written during the shift. Review and approve all arrests; respond to emergencies and any serious incidents. Ensure officers maintain a high degree of professionalism by adhering to all laws and regulations, and departmental and company rules, procedures, and policies. Assist security officers with assigned duties when necessary. Other duties as assigned by management.
