We are seeking a reliable and motivated Shift Lead to join our team. This role is responsible for providing strong supervision throughout the shift, ensuring smooth store operations, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. The ideal candidate will understand and uphold the culture and expectations of our business while leading by example on the sales floor. Key Responsibilities: Provide front-end supervision and oversee daily store operations during assigned shifts Supervise and support cashiers, ensuring efficient and accurate transactions Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently maintained Monitor store conditions, including cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards Support team members with direction, training, and on-the-job guidance Handle customer concerns in a professional and timely manner Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed Maintain a positive and productive work environment throughout the shift Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a retail environment Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities Dependable, responsible, and team-oriented Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
