Job Description Lead end-to-end ServiceNow HAM Pro and SAM Pro implementations Conduct requirements workshops and translate business needs into scalable solutions Design and configure asset lifecycle processes including procurement, receiving, deployment, inventory, maintenance, and disposal Implement software license management, reclamation, compliance, and optimization processes Integrate ITAM with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Procurement, and ITSM Define data models, asset classes, lifecycle states, and governance standards Drive asset normalization and software entitlement management Develop integrations and automation using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, and Scripted APIs Integrate with SCCM/MECM, Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Azure, and AWS Establish ITAM governance, compliance, KPI reporting, and executive dashboards Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Security, Infrastructure, and Operations teams Conduct training, workshops, and knowledge transfer
