Our company continues to grow every year, and we’re hiring motivated Seasonal Technicians to join our team for Summer 2026 (May–September). Sales incentive program with commission opportunities Opportunities for advancement into Leadership and Supervisor roles Weekends and holidays off Fun team environment and social events What You’ll Do Drive a company vehicle to customer properties throughout your service area Complete 15–20 property treatments per day using a powered backpack sprayer Apply mosquito and tick control solutions to outdoor areas Communicate professionally with customers on-site Work independently or in small teams Deliver reliable, high-quality service that keeps customers coming back You’ll get to visit some of Canada's nicest properties — and customers are always happy to see you because your work lets them enjoy their outdoor space again. What We’re Looking For Positive, outgoing attitude and willingness to learn Strong independence and time management skills Comfortable communicating with customers Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Enjoy working outdoors and staying active Job Requirements Ability to carry 50 lbs regularly (backpack sprayer) Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, pollen, etc.) Typical work week: 40–44 hours Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Access to fresh water source to fill water tank in vehicle.
