The Right Fit: The Service Team Lead coordinates the daily execution of installation projects while providing leadership to the scheduling and installation team. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll work closely with estimators, customer service, and installation crews to keep projects running smoothly from booking through completion. This opportunity is ideal for someone with window and door industry experience who is ready to take the next step into leadership. Success requires strong communication, exceptional organization, attention to detail, leadership potential, and confidence using technology to manage multiple priorities. What You'll be Doing: Lead the daily scheduling and coordination of installation and service crews while maximizing productivity and customer satisfaction. Review upcoming projects, assign technicians, and ensure jobs are scheduled accurately with the required materials and information. Coach and support the scheduling team while working with the General Manager to improve processes, workflow, and operational performance. Coordinate materials, suppliers, installers, and shop activities to keep projects moving efficiently. Partner with estimators to ensure projects are complete, accurate, and ready for installation. Communicate with customers, builders, and project managers while coordinating warranty and deficiency work through completion. Maintain accurate scheduling, job costing, documentation, and workflow within the company's field service management system. What You Bring to the Table: 5+ years of progressive experience in the window and door industry. Experience leading crews, mentoring team members, or coordinating installation activities. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
