What you’ll be doing
Our Service Receptionist is often the first point of contact for our clients arriving in our service department. BUDDS' BMW is a premium luxury car dealership where customers come first - Be a valuable member of our team is where great client relationships are built. Our exceptional team members are here to make our clients feel welcome, comfortable, and informed from start to finish, while they are working with us to maintain their vehicle.
You will be responsible for
Friendly & customer focused presence
Concierge: You don't need to have all the answers, but tactfully & professionally connecting customer enquiries with the right people results in smooth transitions and client centred results.
Supporting the Service Team & clients by ensuring Clients transportation needs are met utilizing available tools such as UBER, our internal car rental program, and premium valet service arrangements.
Answering phones internally & externally, connecting clients with the right people
Providing service updates as requested
Taking payments from clients
Arranging after-hours Kiosk pickups/drop-offs
Liasoning with car wash & lot support staff in reducing delays in returning vehicles back to customers after the service is completed
What we need from you
Full-time hours (40 hours per week)
Monday – Friday Day Shift
Reliable transportation to get to work
