We’re looking for a Service Planner to join a high-performing team supporting critical maintenance and rebuild work at our Mildred Lake site (14x14 rotation).
This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in connecting technical teams, customers, and operations—ensuring work is planned, executed, and delivered seamlessly.
Job Description:
As a Service Planner, you’ll own the planning, coordination, and flow of maintenance work, ensuring jobs are set up for success from start to finish.
Key responsibilities include:
Planning and coordinating maintenance and rebuild work to meet schedule and customer expectations
Creating and managing work orders, estimates, and repair quotes
Prioritizing and tracking multiple jobs at various stages of completion
Acting as a central point of contact between operations, service teams, and customers
Monitoring schedules and proactively identifying risks or delays
Supporting job execution by aligning parts, labour, and logistics
Driving strong communication across teams to ensure seamless delivery
What You Bring
You combine technical understanding with strong planning and coordination skills, and you’re comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities shift.
You’ll stand out if you have:
A strong mechanical background (heavy equipment, mining, oil & gas, or industrial)
Experience in planning, scheduling, or coordinating maintenance/service work
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive approach—you anticipate issues and act early
