Service Manager Fort Erie Toyota is looking for a driven, process-focused Service Manager to lead our service department. The Opportunity: As Service Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day service operations, while helping implement processes and policies that drive both customer satisfaction and business growth. What You’ll Be Doing: Oversee day-to-day service operations Coach and develop Service Advisors to improve performance and customer experience Ensure strong execution of advisor walkarounds and proper vehicle write-ups Drive Hours Per RO, Effective Labour Rate, and overall service department performance Implement and maintain processes that improve efficiency and consistency Handle customer escalations professionally and effectively Monitor appointment flow, shop capacity, and technician productivity Work closely with Parts and Sales to maximize opportunities across departments Other duties as assigned What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Service Manager with 3 years experience Strong leadership potential with a desire to grow into management Process-driven mindset with attention to detail Passion for delivering exceptional customer service Ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable Strong communication and organizational skills Experience with systems such as PBS, Reynolds, or similar DMS is an asset Why Fort Erie Toyota: At Fort Erie Toyota, we don’t just hire people — we develop careers.
