This role focuses on helping users with basic technical issues and making sure they can access and use the platform without problems. You will be one of the first points of contact when someone needs help. Most of the work involves responding to support requests, assisting with login or account issues, and guiding users through simple steps to resolve problems. You do not need advanced technical experience. What matters most is your ability to follow instructions, stay organized, and communicate clearly. This is a remote position, so you will be working from home and staying connected with the team online.
