Our Company is looking for a Remote Service Desk Analyst to provide technical support and help users resolve basic IT issues. In this role, you will assist employees or customers by troubleshooting problems and ensuring systems run smoothly. The ideal candidate has good problem-solving skills and can communicate clearly in a virtual environment.
Key Duties:
Respond to IT support requests through email, chat, or phone
Help users with basic technical issues such as login problems, software errors, or system access
Record and track support tickets in the help desk system
Troubleshoot and resolve common hardware or software issues
Escalate complex problems to the technical support team
Provide clear instructions to users to help solve issues
Follow up to make sure problems are resolved
Maintain accurate records of support activities
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of computer systems and software
Good communication and customer service skills
Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Familiarity with help desk or ticketing systems is an asset
Strong organization and time management skills
