Service Contract Administrator at TEKsystems — NeverHard

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Service Contract Administrator to support fleet sales operations and order management. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accurate processing of truck orders, maintaining buildable specifications, and serving as a key liaison between sales, engineering, and product development teams. This is a hybrid position requiring on-site availability in Wyomissing, PA. Key Responsibilities + Support the Sales Administration team with accurate and timely fleet order processing + Create and maintain truck specifications that are buildable and compliant with pricing structures + Manage order boards and oversee the full order-to-delivery process, ensuring proper coding and progression through engineering stages + Build and maintain a catalog of truck chassis and body configurations for proposal readiness + Assist with pricing and quoting for fleet opportunities + Act as a liaison between sales, engineering, and product development teams to support all sales activities + Track and manage order status, ensuring alignment across internal stakeholders Qualifications + 2+ years of experience in business administration or a related administrative role + Strong customer service mindset with the ability to support internal and external stakeholders + Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel + Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and overall computer literacy + Ability to quickly learn internal systems and tools + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Work Environment + Hybrid schedule (must be able to work on-site in Wyomissing, PA) + Collaborative team environment supporting fleet sales operations + Office location: Wyomissing, PA Additional Requirements + Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities + Experience supporting sales or operations teams is a plus Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Wyomissing, PA.
