The pace is fast, priorities change throughout the day, and success depends on strong organization, teamwork, and execution. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll spend time on the floor and in the yard leading a team, coordinating workflow, and ensuring customer orders are shipped accurately and on time. What You'll Be Doing Lead a team of 10-15 employees Coordinate daily shipping, receiving, inventory movement, and order fulfillment Ensure orders are picked, staged, loaded, and shipped accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient operation Protect inventory and minimize product damage and waste Support inventory accuracy and cycle count activities Train, coach, and develop team members Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork What We're Looking For Experience in a fast-paced operation where customer service, speed, and inventory accuracy matter. Your background may include: Shipping Supervisor Operations Supervisor Warehouse Supervisor Yard Supervisor Distribution Supervisor Logistics Supervisor Assistant Manager Experience from any of the following environments would be considered: Metals Distribution Automotive Parts Distribution Food Distribution Construction Materials Distribution & Logistics Industrial Operations What Makes Someone Successful?
