What You’ll Do Greet customers with enthusiasm and professionalism, building trust and long-term relationships. Clearly explain maintenance and repair recommendations in a way that’s easy for customers to understand. Accurately create repair orders, coordinate with technicians, and ensure timely service completion. Communicate proactively with customers throughout their service visit. Recommend additional services and products based on customer needs and manufacturer guidelines. Contribute to department goals by achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets. What You Bring Previous experience as a Service Advisor (preferably in an automotive dealership). Strong understanding of vehicle systems, maintenance, and repair processes. Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills. A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to perform well under pressure.
