Do you love food & beverage and have a passion for extraordinary customer service? Marine Drive Golf Club is currently seeking positive, engaging and motivated Servers to join our Food & Beverage team.
Part-time positions are available immediately.
Our beautiful Tudor-style clubhouse and welcoming membership have a long tradition of hosting fun and memorable dining events. Our Servers play a key role in elevating events & dining experiences while developing meaningful connections with our members.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Warmly welcome and engage with members and guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from arrival to departure.
Accurately take and relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar staff, ensuring clear communication and attention to special requests or dietary restrictions.
Serve food and beverages promptly, professionally, and courteously, maintaining a high standard of hospitality.
Stay knowledgeable about the full menu, including daily specials, ingredients, and beverage offerings, to make recommendations and answer guest inquiries.
Maintain a well-stocked and organized service station, ensuring sufficient supplies of cutlery, linens, condiments, and other essentials.
Provide exceptional service that aligns with the club’s high standards, catering to members' and guests' needs with professionalism and discretion.
Collaborate effectively with teammates, offering assistance when needed to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
Follow instructions from supervisors, proactively handling assigned duties and responding to spontaneous requests with flexibility and efficiency.
Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service.

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
At least 1 year of Front of House serving experience
Team players who are friendly, positive, and reliable
Must be able to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs regularly
Ability to lift trays of food or food items up to 30 lbs occasionally
Valid Serving it Right Certification
Ability to reliably commute to the Club
WORKING HOURS:
Must be flexible and available to work 3 – 4 shifts per week (weekdays Tuesday to Thursday, weekends and holidays included)
