About the role:
Clutch is looking for a
Technical Recruiter
to join our
People
team! You have a knack for sourcing top Engineering, Product, Design & Data Talent, and are looking to kick-start your next role at a growing company!
What you'll do:
Partner with Engineering, Data, Design & Product leaders to develop and iterate on recruitment strategies that support the growth of their teams
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process while providing world-class candidate experience
Own and drive projects that continuously improve and refine our hiring and onboarding processes, data initiatives, and other key talent programs.
Able to organize and manage talent outreach. Along with ensuring that we are able to continuously target high-performing candidates
Conduct initial phone screens and communication with prospective candidates
What we're looking for:
Can build meaningful relationships with hiring managers and candidates
5+ years experience recruiting for a variety of technical roles, including but not limited to Full Stack, Product Managers, Design, and more
Experience in a dynamic hyper-growth environment, paired with the ability to adapt on the go and address concerns across the business as they come up
Curious and interested in technology and takes the initiative to discover emerging trends
Loves data and uses it to gain insight into the effectiveness of the team's strategies and processes
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 annually
