Your day-to-day: Lead the development and management of strategic relationships with national and regional Key Account customers, ensuring sustainable business growth and long-term partnerships. Negotiate commercial agreements with Key Accounts, secure contract execution, and ensure full compliance with agreed terms and business objectives. Develop and implement customer-specific business strategies aimed at increasing sales volumes, market share, and the visibility of PMI brands within customers' portfolios. Build and manage assortment strategies, distribution plans, and portfolio development initiatives to maximize product availability and performance across assigned accounts. Conduct regular business reviews with customers at various organizational levels, including monthly and quarterly performance meetings, to identify growth opportunities and address business challenges. Analyze customer performance, sales trends, market dynamics, and channel insights, providing management with actionable recommendations and comprehensive reporting on key business indicators. Proactively identify new strategic business opportunities, priority retail outlets, and areas for expansion within the Key Account channel. Ensure optimal product availability, stock levels, and execution standards across assigned customers to support sustainable growth and consumer demand. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Trade Marketing, Marketing, Distribution, Finance, Logistics, and other stakeholders to deliver customer development plans and business targets. Initiate, lead, and implement projects aimed at improving Key Account channel effectiveness, customer engagement, and overall business performance. Who we’re looking for: Minimum 2 years of successful experience in Key Account Management, National Key Account Management, Customer Development, or related commercial roles. Proven track record of managing and growing strategic customer partnerships while consistently delivering commercial results. Strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships at different organizational levels. Experience in developing customer strategies, conducting business reviews, and managing commercial agreements. Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate market and customer insights into actionable business recommendations. English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or above will be preferable. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI and data-driven decision-making tools will be considered an advantage. Ability to work effectively in a highly competitive environment and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders simultaneously.
