Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager to support enterprise-wide sourcing initiatives within a large financial services organization. This role partners closely with the People & Culture function to develop and execute sourcing strategies that deliver value, manage risk, and support a purpose-driven culture. This individual will lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives across Human Resources-related categories, working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to drive innovation, ensure compliance, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Skills and Requirements - 3-5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, and contract negotiation - Strong knowledge of sourcing and procurement processes, controls, and governance - Experience leading end-to-end sourcing and contract negotiation initiatives independently - Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions - Proficiency in Excel and data analysis - Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder influence skills - Experience working in a large, complex, and regulated organization - Ability to develop strategic sourcing plans with minimal oversight - Strong attention to detail, accountability, and problem-solving skills - Experience within banking or financial services organizations - Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience - Experience supporting Human Resources-related sourcing categories (e.g., benefits, recruitment, training)
