Job Overview We are seeking an engineering expert and an execution-focused senior full‑stack software engineer to accelerate our AI & Innovation efforts within the Digital Technologies group in Wealth & Asset Management Technology area. This role will be responsible for implementation of high‑impact AI use cases, accelerating adoption of platforms like Copilot Studio, Autonomous Agents, ensuring intelligent automation across the enterprise. You will work with a team of experts to bring AI solutions from concept to production, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and enterprise architecture standards. Position Responsibilities Develop and maintain end‑to‑end application stack including frontend, backend and cloud infrastructure. Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the design of new features and systems. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to industry norms. Debug and resolve technical issues and bugs with cross‑functional teams. Apply standard security practices, including authentication, authorization, data encryption, and protection against common threats. Write clean, maintainable, well‑documented code adhering to industry and coding standards, and ensure production reliability. Manage Agile SCRUM processes: planning and delivery of user stories. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, software engineering or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 8 years of full stack software development experience. Minimum of 2 to 3 years leading a team of software engineers. Proficiency in Python, Angular, Node.js/React, Azure DB, JavaScript, AKS & Azure cloud services, MongoDB. Experience with DevOps, RESTful API design and development. Experience working with GenAI technologies, LLMs, Agentic solutions. Familiarity with GitHub Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot and similar solutions. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as GitHub Actions and Jenkins. Strong version control, performance optimization and coding standards processes. Ability to provide production support during non‑office hours. Collaborative attitude, willingness to coach, participate in code reviews and share skills. Experience experimenting with emerging technologies and assessing future impact. Benefits and Compensation Salary range: $113,000.00 CAD – $163,000.00 CAD.
