Responsibilities Install and configure OpenText TeamSite. Architect and design web-based components from requirements and use cases. Develop and implement administration tools as required. Upgrade the web content management system to the latest vendor-supported version. Analyze information architecture, business requirements, and technical requirements. Support configuration, development, testing, and post‑implementation activities. Troubleshoot issues reported by website owners and quality assurance teams. Produce documented solution designs within the scope of the contract. Provide all documentation required by the software development lifecycle. Provide ongoing status reports on project progress, outstanding issues, and remaining work. Qualifications 5+ years of experience emulating or reproducing technical problems encountered by users. 5+ years of experience designing, configuring, and deploying server‑based file systems and applications. 5+ years of experience identifying, researching, and resolving complex technical problems. 5+ years of experience recommending and implementing complex security requirements. 5+ years of experience planning or participating in a department‑wide system upgrade. 2+ years of development experience with OpenText TeamSite V16 or higher, OpenDeploy V16 or higher, and Workflow Modeler V16 or higher. Interwoven TeamSite Administrator certificate. Certificate, diploma, or degree in computer science or another relevant field from a recognized Canadian post‑secondary institution.
