We're looking for a Senior Security Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced SOC, loves solving complex security incidents, and enjoys mentoring others while driving continuous improvement. You'll lead high-priority investigations, strengthen our detection capabilities, and help shape how we protect our customers every day. What You'll Do Lead investigations into complex security incidents across endpoint, network, cloud, identity and email environments. Own high-severity incidents from detection through to resolution. Act as the senior technical escalation point, mentoring analysts and sharing expertise. Hunt for emerging threats and enhance detection rules, playbooks, automation and SOC processes. Collaborate with Engineering, Threat Intelligence and Customer Success teams to deliver outstanding security outcomes. Communicate technical findings clearly through high-quality reports and customer engagement. Drive automation, operational improvements and knowledge sharing across the team. What You'll Bring 6+ years' experience in Cyber Security, including extensive SOC or Incident Response experience. Strong hands-on expertise with SIEM, EDR/XDR, cloud, identity and email security technologies. Experience managing the full incident response lifecycle. Experience developing security automation, detection logic, playbooks and SOC processes. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
