TheChannel Sales Strategy and Operations Senior Analystplays a critical role in leveraging data and technology to support the channel sales organization, diagnose issues, and design solutions
Participates in the annual channel sales planning process for the Americas region (e.g., partner segmentation, territory design, quota setting, account planning, etc.)
Contributes to the development of channel sales growth strategies within partner verticals and territories
Works with senior management to identify and prioritize key channel initiatives across partner types (distributors, resellers, MSPs, GSIs, TSDs)
Provides support on cross-functional projects targeted at improving channel funnel growth and sales productivity
Analyzes data to evaluate program effectiveness and makes recommendations for improvements
Conducts data analysis to support Channel Sales leadership and collaborates frequently with Partner Sales Managers
Collects, validates and organizes data to support channel-specific reporting and dashboard production
Performs modeling and sensitivity analyses to evaluate options and guide management decision-making
Executes global channel or cross-department process improvements
Identifies opportunities to improve/automate new and existing channel sales operations processes
Works independently with other team members and other departments (sales, marketing, finance, IT, customer support) on system integration/upgrade projects
Leads projects and implementation
Supports UAT for processes and systems at the regional level, and provides feedback and suggestions representing the channel sales organization
Supports the channel sales organization in Sales Operations related matters
Investigates issue escalations
Provides system training to Channel Sales Teams as required
Ensures the smooth running of established channel sales processes
