Senior Revenue Systems Accountant at V2Cloud Solutions — NeverHard

We are looking for a Senior Revenue Systems Accountant to lead the financial and accounting implementation of our new subscription billing system. This is a high-impact, 20-hour/week remote contract focused on ensuring our revenue operations are scalable, accurate, and fully compliant. Key Responsibilities System Implementation & Optimization: Manage the finance-side implementation of our subscription billing system, driving process improvements from end-to-end. Revenue Recognition & Compliance: Ensure all system configurations and revenue treatments strictly adhere to US GAAP and ASC 606 standards. Data Governance: Map, validate, and migrate complex datasets to the new system while maintaining 100% billing accuracy during the transition. Sales Tax Integrity: Validate automated sales tax calculations within the new infrastructure to guarantee cross-jurisdictional compliance. Workflow Architecture: Develop and document best practices, SOPs, and automated workflows to support the long-term health of our billing operations. Required Qualifications 5+ years of accounting experience, within SaaS or subscription-based technology companies preferred. Proven track record implementing billing systems or other financial systems an asset. Strong analytical mindset with a passion for process automation and data integrity. Professional accounting designation (CPA or equivalent) preferred.
