Senior Restaurant Manager
Restaurant General Manager or Assistant General Manager (Full-Time)
Annual compensation $67,000 - 85,000 per year
Compensation and bonus will be based on experience in leading the business in Quick Service Restaurant and size of the restaurant (high volume and large number of employees).
Minimum leading restaurant team of 60+ in a high volume restaurant in Canada.
Shifts will include weekday and weekend. 6am-12am. May also require 1 overnight shift per month.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER or ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership, operational expertise, financial awareness, and team-building ability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee all daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service execution
Role model guest-centric behaviours when handling customers' complaints or concerns. Ensuring all staff are trained on hospitality. Ability to lead the team to provide excellent customer service.
Strong financial acumen (P&L, cashflow control). Ability to review, analyze, and present financial information to the team and restaurant processes.
Lead and monitor restaurant department such as Kitchen, People, Guest Experience and Facilities to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of the organization.
Identify restaurant capacity constraints, guest count and sales growth opportunities and be able to develop and execute an operationally sound mitigation and growth plan. Understand how to grow market share and create sustained business results.
Ensure all structure and systems are in place and followed to meet high standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness and including Food Safety standards.
Good understanding of employment standards/practices, food safety, and general safety laws. Recruit, train, develop, and supervise staff.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 4+ years of senior restaurant management experience high-volume restaurants
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong understanding of hospitality operations and guest experience standards
Experience with POS systems
Knowledge of Food Safety, WorkSafeBC Fraser Health and restaurant compliance standards
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to lead calmly and effectively under pressure
Previous experience in Quick Service Restaurant is an asset
COMPENSATION:
$67,000-85000 annually plus bonus and incentives and growth opportunities
