Senior QA/QC Welding Supervisor (Pipeline) at UCC Holding — NeverHard

Location: Site Based (open in 4 locations - Beineu/Bozoi/Kyzylorda/Turkistan) Rotational schedule (28/28) Key Responsibilities: Supervise and inspect pipeline welding activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality requirements. Monitor adherence to approved WPS, PQR, API 1104, ASME B31.8, and ASME Section IX requirements. Oversee welder qualifications, welding procedures, weld mapping, and weld traceability. Coordinate and review NDT activities (RT, AUT, UT, MT, PT). Monitor repair rates, first-pass acceptance rates, and corrective actions. Ensure proper control of welding consumables, equipment calibration, and quality documentation. Support client inspections, audits, hydrotest preparations, and turnover documentation. Prepare quality reports and provide technical guidance to construction teams. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. Minimum 8 years of QA/QC welding experience. At least 5 years of experience on oil & gas pipeline construction projects. Strong knowledge of API 1104, ASME Section IX, and ASME B31.8. Proven experience with weld mapping, weld traceability, and NDT coordination. Experience working with Clients, EPC contractors, and inspection bodies. Strong reporting, communication, and leadership skills.
