Kinetic Construction Ltd. has an opportunity within our Vancouver Branch for a Senior Project Manager to provide support to both the Branch Manager/Project Director and Chief Estimator in bid tender preparation and project management. To plan, schedule, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specification and budget. To plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress against established schedules. The salary range for this position is $150,000 - 190,000 annually and is based on relevant skills and experience. Key Responsibilities Project Management Position Specifications Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline 10+ years’ experience in ICI Construction, or related field Experience delivering Institutional or Commercial Projects in excess of $100M Experience executing projects using a variety of delivery methods including: Design Build, GMP, Construction Management.
