Senior Project Engineer at ILF Kazakhstan — NeverHard

Обязанности: Support Project Manager and Engineering Manager to provide technical assistance to the Client’s engineering team to ensure that Client’s needs and project requirements are considered throughout planning and performance of the services. Support Project Manager and Engineering Manager to supervise project engineering activities of the project team to ensure the project is delivered in time, within established schedule and budget. Monitor compliance with the local legal regulations, applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications and the requirements of the Company’s Integrated Management System. Review key engineering documents, Technical Specifications and Project Standards including Project deliverables issued by the Client and/or EPC Contractor. Prepare QA/QC plans, procedures, technical reports and, if necessary, to make proposal of alternatives to improve the completeness and quality of the documentation reviewed, in respect of the best practice. Participate in QA/QC, HSSE, HAZID, ENVID, HAZOP, QRA and SIL meetings and/or workshops. Participate in the 3D model review, engineering detailed design documentation review activities. Maintain registers for the monitoring and reporting of engineering documents. Coordinate the implementation of all information and application systems required for the project; interface systems requirements to be addressed as well (Administration, Procurement, Engineering, etc.). Prepare organization, initiation, and follow-up of the project files and documentation, including maintaining the standard project files structure on project server. Coordinate the implementation of all required project controls-related measures to ensure quality at source. Coordinate the preparation of construction, commissioning, testing, and start-up procedures. Coordinate the preparation and review of project budget estimates. Prepare project feasibility studies, including technical assessment and budget estimates. Coordinate the tender review of EPC and construction projects, including Technical Bid Evaluations. Prepare contracts with and manage activities of other consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Prepare and maintain project schedules. Coordinate the submission of project progress schedules and reports to Client. Coordinate review of geological and topographic surveys and submission of the corresponding reports to Clients. Train and mentor junior engineers. Требования: Education: Academic education to BSc. level minimum in engineering or comparable education. Language skills: Russian and Kazakh are mandatory.
