About the Role Would you like to launch customer‑facing products that drive Prime member acquisition worldwide? Amazon Prime aims to become the Earth’s most engaging, satisfying, and loved paid membership program. The Prime Acquisition team is responsible for driving new Prime members worldwide. We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager – Technical to drive the Prime member acquisition strategy for Offers. Key Responsibilities Own the vision, product roadmap, and detailed requirements for Prime offers including trial, incentive, and 3P partnerships. Partner with multiple tech teams on execution and delivery, ensuring the best customer experience while optimizing for Prime outcomes. Collaborate closely with Science, design, legal, and executive teams. Develop and execute a worldwide strategy that aligns with a central vision while accounting for local nuances. Earn the trust of numerous stakeholders in an entrepreneurial, cross‑functional, highly matrixed environment. Basic Qualifications 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition. Experience with end‑to‑end product delivery. Experience with feature delivery and product trade‑offs. Experience as a product manager or owner. Experience owning technology products. Preferred Qualifications Experience influencing senior leadership through data‑driven insights. Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
